This one was a ton of fun!
Our team was tasked with creating a series of training videos that first would showcase bad leadership styles and then go over our more appropriate way of leadership. We decided that each bad leadership style video would be in its own TV show style. We had a court room drama, a sitcom, and I got to create a Rick and Morty parody piece. It highlights the pitfalls of an aggressive leadership style in a way that’s equal parts playful and pointed. It was a blast to recreate the visual style, timing, and tone of the original, while also making it fit the message. This one is one that people really enjoyed and told me that they took the training more than once just to watch it again.
