Computer Based Training

This was such a fun project to work on!
The brief for this project was to make a training that new hires would take to get them formular with the companies “ISMs” or “philosophies”.
Working with the talented internal training team at Quicken Loans, we set out to make a computer-based training that felt more like a retro 8-bit adventure than a standard learning module. The learner would need to play their way through the game answering questions and solving problems all pertaining to the ISMs.
I helped bring the concept to life through animation and design, making sure every branching path worked seamlessly. It was a challenge to manage all the moving parts, but the end result is an experience people genuinely enjoy playing, and learning from. I would get people that would tell me that they played it several time just to fine all the little extra bits of dialog and easter eggs.
